Family Law Cases Filed in Lane County
The Lane County Circuit Court handles a full range of family law matters. Every filing creates records that become part of the public court file. Dissolution of marriage is the most common type. Under ORS 107.025, irreconcilable differences is the only ground for dissolution in Oregon. One spouse must have been an Oregon resident for at least six months before filing, or the marriage must have taken place in this state.
