How to Search Family Court Records in Multnomah County
The free OECI database lets you search Multnomah County court records by party name or case number. Results show case type, status, filing date, and hearing dates. The system does not display full documents. It gives you docket entries that show what was filed and when. Multnomah County Family Court Filing Fees
Filing fees for family court cases in Multnomah County follow the statewide schedule set by the Oregon Judicial Department. A dissolution petition costs $301 whether or not children are involved. Custody and parenting time cases filed by unmarried parents cost $252. Modifications to existing orders cost $89. Restraining orders under the Family Abuse Prevention Act carry no filing fee at all.
Copy fees for Multnomah County family court records are $0.25 per page for standard copies. Certified copies cost $5 per document plus $0.25 per page.
